With advanced computer control systems and closed loop process control they are among the finest molding machines available on the market today. Our Newly constructed, fully functional tool shop features an advanced Sharp EDM machine as well as brand new cutting and grinding equipment. More coming soon!

Our variety of secondary equipment greatly augments our production ability. Drying equipment with a material drying capability of dew points down to -35 degrees F at a maximum rate of up to 100 lbs/hr . The Latest in digital mold temperature controllers and hot runner systems manage even the most demanding material requirements. All of our molding equipment is cooled by a closed loop Thermal Care system with a 600 gallon tank and cooling tower.
